China Glass Holdings Limited ("CNG") was incorporated in 2004 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2005 (stock code: 03300. HK, stock short name: China Glass). The company's major shareholders include China National Building Materials Group and Hony Capital.     CNG currently has ten major production bases and a research and development center with over 4,000 employees. Domestic industrial layout distributes over Jiangsu (Suqian, Dongtai), Shandong (Weihai, Linyi), Shaanxi (Xi Xian New Area), Inner Mongolia (Wuhai), Fujian (Longyan) and other provinces, cities, and autonomous regions. There are overseas float glass production bases in Nigeria and Kazakhstan; and a company providing neutral pharmaceutical glass engineering equipments and technical services in Italy. At present, CNG has 15 float glass production lines with a daily melting capacity of 8,000 tonnes and also has photovoltaic rolled glass production lines with deep-processing lines and offline Low-E coated glass production lines.     CNG has a variety of products ranging from colorless transparent glass, body coloring glass, energy-saving coated glass, automotive glass, car mirror glass, electronic glass, photovoltaic glass, home electric appliance glass, medical glass equipments, etc., of which the online coated glass occupies most of the domestic market share. The products exported to more than 90 countries and regions around the world and are widely used in major landmark buildings both in domestic and abroad. Typical project cases include Guangzhou TV Tower, Guangzhou Asian Games City Athletes Village, Beijing New Science and Technology Museum, Dubai Metro Project in UAE, Haiyang Yasha International Conference Center., etc. The automotive glass of the company is used in the front windshield of many world-famous high-end cars.

    CNG has dozens of patents and professional technologies in glass production and is currently one of the few companies in the world with online low-E glass and online TCO glass production technology. In 2021, “the complete set of technology and application to efficient prepare functional thin films in online oxide series of float glass”, which was jointly developed by our research and development center (Weihai CNG New Materials Technology R&D Co., Ltd.) together with Zhejiang University, was awarded with the Second Class of The National Technology Invention Awards at the National Science and Technology Awards Conference.
