ON-LINE SOLAR CONTROL THERMAL REFLECTIVE GLASS
On-line solar control thermal reflective glass(on-line Sun-R glass)is made by metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) coating technique,depositing metal oxide coating materials on the surface of clear and moving glass melt at high temperature, and during the cooling process,the coating and glass are fused together. The coating absorbs little visible sunlight with a sparkling crystal texture reflecting the pureness and transparency of glass to the full. With excellent chemical stability, the product has a dense film structure, feels smooth and is easy for deep processing. It is a new type of solar control coated glass which is an ideal choice for high-end buildings.
