Suqian Base is the birthplace of CNG and currently has the jurisdiction over Jiangsu Suhuada New Materials Co., Ltd.(“Suhuada”) and Suqian CNG New Energy Co., Ltd. Its predecessor was Jiangsu Glass Factory, founded in 1958 and put into operation in 1968, which is the first plate glass enterprise in Jiangsu Province. In 2004, Hony Investment, a subsidiary of Legend Holdings, restructured Jiangsu Glass Group. And then, CNG, which was mainly composed of Suhuada, was listed on the Main board of Hong Kong in June 2005, laying a solid foundation for the rapid development of enterprises. In 2017, the Base relocated to Suqian High-tech Development Zone which was next to the famous Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, 15 kilometers away from Suqian high-speed railway station, close to Xuzhou Guanyin International Airport, Huai'an Lianshui International Airport and Lianyun Port Huaguoshan International Airport, with very convenient transportation.

    Suqian Base currently has two high-quality float glass production lines, a photovoltaic ultra-clear rolling glass production line comprising a complete set of deep processing line. Among them, Float Line 1 mainly produces automobile glass and high-quality mirror glass; Float Line 2 mainly produces automobile glass, photovoltaic backplane glass and industrial glass. The photovoltaic ultra-clear rolling production line is the first new energy production line for CNG which it mainly produces and processes 2mm and 3.2mm glass of photovoltaic panels and backplanes. The main products are 1.1-12mm electronic glass, automotive glass, mirror glass, photovoltaic glass, industrial glass, etc..

    Over the years, Suqian Base has established a sustainable and stable strategic cooperative partnership with many domestic and foreign automotive glass deep processing enterprises and maintains business cooperation with many domestic and foreign rear-view mirror of high-end car manufacturers and international luxury brand cosmetic mirror manufacturers etc.. At the same time, it has formed a good business relationship with lots of new energy enterprises, and actively participates in the research and development of photovoltaic module lightweight and double-glass new products. With the production of photovoltaic ultra-clear rolling glass production line, Suqian base will further realize the extension of the industrial chain.

    Suqian Base has a complete set of low-temperature waste heat power generation system, with perfect flue gas desulfurization, denitration, dust elimination systems.

    Suqian Base has obtained the certifications of the "Four standards with One system" which is the standards of Quality, Environment, Energy, Occupational Health together with Safety Management System and the Safety Production Standardization Level 2 Enterprise. It also successively gained the honors of the National Management Innovation Outstanding Enterprise in Building Materials Industry, the national May Day Labor Medal and the National "Ankang Cup" Competition Winner for 16 years in a row, etc..

    In the future, Suqian Base will focus on developing the main base of CNG with automotive glass, industrial glass and new energy glass manufacturing and truly realize the enterprise’s transformation and upgrading.
